We're now looking for a Customer Success Manager to support our growing portfolio of UK and international pharmaceutical clients. The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for the successful delivery, adoption, and ongoing development of assigned ADVANCE AI programs. Acting as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, the CSM builds strong strategic relationships with stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, and Operational functions to ensure customers achieve measurable value from ADVANCE AI solutions.
Working closely with the VP Customer Success and cross-functional internal teams, the CSM coordinates customer onboarding, program rollout, training, engagement, and ongoing support activities to ensure successful execution against agreed objectives, timelines, and success metrics. The role requires proactive management of customer needs, identification of potential risks and opportunities, and continuous alignment between customer expectations and ADVANCE AI capabilities.
The CSM also plays a key role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by supporting renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, facilitating strategic business reviews, and translating customer feedback into actionable recommendations for product and service evolution.
We're looking for someone who understands the realities of pharmaceutical field teams and customer engagement. Someone who can build strong client relationships, translate complex data into practical recommendations, and help customers maximise the value they receive from our platform. You will work closely with commercial leaders, sales excellence teams, marketing teams and field force leaders to help them turn AI-generated insights into meaningful action.
Responsibilities- Leading onboarding and implementation of new client programmes
- Building trusted relationships with commercial, medical and field leadership teams
- Delivering training, workshops and best practice guidance
- Translating AI-generated data and insights into actionable recommendations
- Supporting customers to improve field force effectiveness and customer engagement
- Monitoring programme performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Gathering customer feedback and helping shape future product development
- Supporting account growth, renewals and customer advocacy initiatives
- Working cross functionally with Product, Analytics, Operations and Commercial teams
- Experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, Key Account Manager, Hospital Specialist, Brand Manager or similar customer facing pharma role
- Exposure to Sales Force Effectiveness, Commercial Excellence, Customer Engagement or Marketing functions
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- A genuine curiosity about data, insights and customer behaviour
- Experience working with healthcare professionals and understanding customer engagement challenges
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- An interest in technology, AI and digital innovation
- Demonstratable consultative and customer focused mindset
