We are now looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team in our newly established office in Birmingham from where you will support our growing customer base and strengthen Dalux's role in the UK construction market. You will be part of our great Contractor North team.
As our new colleague you will be a trusted partner for our customers making sure they not only use Dalux but truly benefit from it. You will build long lasting relationships, help with onboarding and training, and ensure our clients feel supported every step of the way.
Working with construction industry clients, such as developers, general contractors, sub contractors, and consultants:
- Support new and existing customers in using and understanding our user friendly product.
- Assist new customers in implementation and training of our products related to construction processes.
- Support the current customers and develop their expertise by assisting them in technical or feature support, when needed.
- Take part in network groups, trade fairs and other events.
- Present Dalux product portfolio for new potential clients.
Requirements:
- Has experience with BIM and is a digital construction enthusiast.
- Has solid knowledge and experience working on construction sites or in the construction industry.
- Has the ability to deep dive in the software and train superusers.
- Has the ability to build strong and long lasting customer relations.
- Is a great team player aiming for mutual success.
