Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact with the customer for information sharing and issue resolution.
- Develop strong working relationships and trust with key contacts.
- Ensure cost and service compliance to internal and customer processes.
- Take ownership and responsibility from the initial order through to successful delivery.
- Proactively monitor all areas of key sensitivity ensuring compliance to process and customer request.
- Responsible for compilation and distribution of relevant reports and KPI's.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous customer service experience along with excellent customer service skills.
- Previous experience of working within a small team environment.
- Experience of Windows 10 in a business capacity.
- Excellent telephone manner.
