We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales advisor to join our outdoor horticultural team at our Frilford garden centre.
Responsibilities
- The role involves working within an established team; outdoor plants, merchandising plants, stoneware and compost.
- You'll care for and maintain the quality of our plants, as well as helping customers with all their plant needs.
- You’ll work closely with team members and department managers to ensure consistently high retail standards, displays and customer service are delivered.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Horticultural and retail experience is desirable but not essential.
- Enthusiasm/passion for gardening/plants would be ideal but equally valuable is a friendly personality and a willingness to learn/progress a career in horticulture.
- This is an outdoor, physical role, so experience of working outdoors in all weathers and manual handling is a must.
- This is a full time role working 37.5 hours. Weekday, early mornings, evenings and weekends will be required.
- The role is based at our store in Frilford and so you must live within a reasonable commuting distance.
