As a Customer Service Advisor at Coloplast, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

  • Phone Excellence: Handle a high volume of incoming calls with precision and enthusiasm.

This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively. Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand the needs of others are key requirements. You will need to bring a results‑oriented mindset and be computer literate.

  • Daytime Shifts: No late nights – our telephone lines are open from 8am – 6pm.
  • Rotational Saturdays: One in four Saturday mornings (9am – 12.30pm) required with time off in lieu for the hours contributed.

We require all new starters to be available with no holiday during the first eight weeks of employment due to training requirements working full time hours.
