At Nationwide, a Customer Representative will support customers across all our services, from transactions on the till and handling inbound calls to supporting product applications through digital sales. You will provide first class service in person, via phone and online, and will be trained across all channels. This role is essential within the branch, serving as the gateway to protecting and supporting our members. It is a customer first role that works closely as a team.
What you’ll be doing:
