The key to our success lies in our high quality products, outstanding customer service and operations team, who ensure that Corston customers receive a positive, engaging experience every step of the way.

The Role: As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will be based in our showroom and play a key role in delivering best in class customer experiences. You will be passionate about customer service and committed to providing exceptional support via telephone, email and face to face. Working as part of a vibrant and friendly team, you will communicate with both trade and retail customers. Your role will involve handling enquiries, maintaining accurate records, supporting technical queries, and preparing quotations. Every day will be different, but you will consistently deliver outstanding service at every touchpoint.
