Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday (rotating shifts between 8:30am‑5:30pm)
Responsibilities
- Handling customer queries via phone and email, providing clear, professional support
- Processing customer orders accurately and within agreed timescales
- Working closely with warehouse, finance and internal teams to resolve issues
- Managing inboxes and keeping customers updated on order progress
- Dealing with urgent or special order requests calmly and efficiently
- Producing routine reports and supporting customer account activity
