V7 Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading mission critical construction business to appoint an experienced CSA Supervisor for a major hyperscale data centre development in the Nordics. This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded delivery team supporting the construction of a large-scale data centre campus and working alongside experienced project, engineering and construction professionals within one of the fastest-growing sectors in Europe. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing Civil, Structural and Architectural works on site, ensuring safe, high-quality and programme-driven delivery across multiple subcontractor packages.

The Opportunity

You will be joining a live hyperscale project environment, supporting the delivery of critical CSA packages from construction through to completion. This position offers exposure to complex mission critical construction and provides a strong platform for long-term progression within the data centre sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day Civil, Structural and Architectural activities on site
  • Monitor subcontractor performance, progress and quality of workmanship
  • Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme requirements
  • Support QA/QC processes and site quality standards
  • Coordinate site activities with project management, engineering and planning teams
  • Attend site coordination meetings, toolbox talks and safety briefings
  • Assist in resolving technical and construction-related issues
  • Review drawings and construction details to ensure buildability and accuracy
  • Track progress against programme milestones and report accordingly
  • Support project closeout and snagging activities

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a CSA Supervisor, CSA Foreman or similar site-based role
  • Strong understanding of Civil, Structural and Architectural construction activities
  • Experience managing subcontractors within a live construction environment
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Health & Safety focused approach to project delivery
  • Data centre, industrial, pharmaceutical, manufacturing or other mission critical project experience would be highly advantageous
