The Role
- Manage a full caseload of Police Station and Magistrates' Court matters.
- Participate in duty rotas for both Magistrates' Court and Police Stations.
- Support colleagues within the department and liaise with both existing and new clients.
- Undertake a variety of criminal litigation work on behalf of private and commercial clients.
Skills Required
- Applications are sought from qualified solicitors or legal executives with experience in a fast‑paced criminal law environment.
- Practical knowledge of the criminal law transaction process from inception to completion.
- Higher rights to attend Crown Court hearings are desirable but not essential.
- Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail.
- Motivated team player with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
