We are delighted to be partnering with a long-established and highly respected specialist criminal defence firm in Newcastle in their search for a Criminal Defence Solicitor. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated team handling a mix of legally aided and private client work across police stations and courts throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients during police station interviews and proceedings
- Provide advocacy in the Magistrates' Court, including contested hearings and summary trials
- Manage a varied caseload encompassing both Magistrates' and Crown Court matters
