Using fresh, seasonal Scottish produce, you'll take the lead on delivering high-quality breakfasts that set the tone for the day. You'll oversee a smooth, efficient morning service for our 60-seat Brasserie-style restaurant and lounge bar.
What we need from you:
- You'll have previous experience as a Breakfast Chef.
- A great coach, mentor and communicator, you'll inspire the teams with your passion for food.
- Ready to apply creativity, flair and innovation in equal measure, we'll expect you to bring your great ideas and cooking to our table.
