About the role: At Crieff Hydro, we're searching for a Banqueting & Events Porter to support the smooth running of our busy events, conferences and functions. If you enjoy hands on work, being part of a team and seeing a space transform for unforgettable experiences, this could be the role for you. As a B&E Porter, you'll play a key role behind the scenes - ensuring all event spaces are set up, maintained and reset to the highest standards. From conferences to weddings and large scale functions, you'll help create the perfect setting for every guest. You will set up and reset event spaces to the required layouts and standards, efficiently flipping rooms between events to ensure quick turnaround times. You will support the delivery of conferences, weddings and banqueting events, ensuring that all equipment, furniture and areas are clean, organised and ready for use at all times. You will help meet guest expectations and timelines and assist with general back of house duties as required.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
  • Good attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and hours, including weekends
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support across the wider team
  • Previous experience in events, hospitality, or similar roles is helpful - but not essential. We'll provide training to help you succeed.
