Pertemps are seeking an experienced and motivated Night's Warehouse Manager to lead their client's overnight operation at their chilled warehouse facility in Crewe. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 20 warehouse operatives, ensuring all operations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The warehouse operates within a chilled environment, with temperatures ranging between 1°C and 4°C.
Key responsibilities for the Night's Warehouse Manager:- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of around 20 warehouse colleagues during the night shift.
- Ensure daily warehouse operations are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Monitor productivity and performance, driving continuous improvement across the operation.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety, ensuring all company procedures are followed.
- Manage staffing levels, attendance, and team performance.
- Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews.
