About the Role
This is a varied maintenance position, working as part of a team. Duties will include general repairs, property improvements and planned maintenance work across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- General property maintenance and repairs
- Painting and decorating
- Basic building and repair work
- Supporting refurbishment and improvement projects
- Responding to maintenance issues efficiently and professionally
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous experience and tools for property maintenance, building or a similar hands on role
- Good all round DIY and maintenance skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated approach
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Full UK driving licence
