Responsibilities
- As a Crew Member you will make the restaurant a friendly, clean, and high-quality environment.
- Your duties include preparing food, serving customers at the till, supporting the dining area, and maintaining excellent customer service.
- You must consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
- Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
- Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect and work as a supportive team member.
- Deliver friendly, fast and accurate service.
- Complete tasks and activities efficiently while maintaining high energy levels.
- Use effective communication skills, including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact, to connect with customers and make them feel valued.
