A well-established and highly regarded law firm in the Greater Manchester area is seeking an experienced Solicitor or FCILEx to join its growing Court of Protection team. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior practitioner with substantial experience in Court of Protection matters to take on a varied and high-quality caseload within a supportive and progressive environment.
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of complex Court of Protection matters, handling high-level and strategic work, including litigated matters where required. You will work closely alongside an experienced team of solicitors and paralegals, with the opportunity to play a key role in the continued development of the department.
The position would particularly suit a candidate who enjoys mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development and marketing initiatives.
Requirements- Qualified Solicitor or FCILEx with 8+ years' PQE
- Strong prior experience within Court of Protection work
- Ability to independently manage a complex caseload

- Strong communication and client care skills
