A key part of the role is maintaining strong links with industry to ensure our curriculum stays relevant, practical and aligned to the skills students need beyond graduation. It’s a visible role with real impact on student outcomes, team performance and the ongoing development of our academic offer.

What We’re Looking For

- A Masters qualification in Media, Journalism or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- A relevant degree or professional background in Media, Journalism or associated disciplines
- A teaching qualification (PGCertHE / HEA Fellowship) or willingness to work towards one
- Experience teaching in Higher Education, or clear ability to do so
- Experience supporting student development and delivering strong learning outcomes
- The ability to contribute across a broad subject area, with depth in a specialist area
- Experience of curriculum development and/or course leadership (desirable)
