We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to take ownership of the organisation's Health and Safety performance and drive continuous improvement across the business. This role combines hands-on operational support with strategic oversight, ensuring legal compliance, strengthening Health and Safety systems and documentation, and embedding a positive safety culture throughout the organisation. The successful candidate will be a visible and credible professional who can confidently influence behaviours at all levels while delivering regular reporting to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the organisation's Health and Safety strategy and performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant UK Health and Safety legislation.
- Develop, review and maintain Health and Safety policies, procedures and documentation.
