Working Hours: 22:30 - 08:30, across three 10 hour shifts per week. Weekend shifts required.
Salary: £25,134 per annum (pro rated for part time). 20% unsocial hours enhancement for shifts between 11 pm - 7 am.

About the Role
As a Waking Night Recovery Worker you will support individuals receiving clinical care from the Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team (CRHT Norwich). The role offers flexibility with overnight shifts and autonomy to balance personal commitments while providing therapeutic interventions such as mindfulness, distraction techniques and a compassionate listening ear.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1 to 1 support to individuals during the night shift.
- Remain awake and responsive to the needs of individuals, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
- Complete referrals and signpost to relevant services.
- Carry out general cleaning duties to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
- Ensure accurate and timely entries into the electronic clinical system.
- Participate in team meetings and attend mandatory online and in person training.
- Provide a comprehensive handover to the team coming on duty.
- Support individuals through therapeutic interventions, including mindfulness, distraction techniques, and signposting.
