As the appointed residential conveyancer you will be supporting the residential property team with a broad range of conveyancing and file management duties. You will have the ability to come in and hit the ground running within a friendly and experienced team. Ideally you will have experience of fee earning and the ability to maintain high professional standards throughout the transaction process.

You will have experience of drafting documents and letters of advice to clients, drafting and completing basic legal documents and forms under supervision. Additionally you will conduct file opening, preparation of client care letters and terms and conditions, general filing, and file closure. Previous residential conveyancing or paralegal experience, ideally within a busy property team, is sought after.
