Due to expansion, our client, a reputable independent Property Services business, is looking to appoint a Property Inspector to join their close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong eye for detail, a passion for property, and the ability to work independently.
You will be offered:

The role:
As a Property Inspector, you'll be responsible for attending rental properties across the region to carry out detailed reports at various stages of a tenancy, including check-ins, check-outs, and mid-term inspections. Reports are completed using a user-friendly iPhone app to capture clear written descriptions and photographs.
Key duties for the role of Property Inspector:
- Visit multiple properties per day
- Collect and return keys from local letting agents
- Use the company app to complete detailed condition and cleanliness reports
- Record property contents and general state with notes and images
- Submit reports on time and to a high standard
- Deliver a professional and courteous service to clients and tenants
Property Inspector requirements:
- Previous experience in property inspections, inventories, or a similar role (e.g. lettings, property management, or maintenance)
- Strong understanding of property condition reporting, cleanliness standards, and contents documentation
- Must be based in Cambridge, Newmarket, Bury St. Edmunds, or Thetford
- Confident working independently and managing your own schedule
