We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Manager to oversee the operations and administration of our clients small residential and nursing home. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, management experience, and a passion for delivering high-quality person centred care.

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin.
  • Proven experience in managing a nursing or residential home, with a track record of achieving outstanding quality ratings.
  • Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulations, with the ability to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Business acumen and marketing skills within the private care sector.
