The predicted salary is between 15 - 15 £ per hour.

We are looking for Merchandisers in the Norwich area. The role is 4 - 6 hours per week (with potential for increased hours during busy periods) paid at £15.07 per hour, PAYE including holiday pay. Start within two weeks after onboarding and training; long‑term, ongoing work is available. Flexible working across Monday to Sunday with fixed days on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Experience in retail or merchandising, especially health & beauty, is desirable. Use of a car is essential.

Territory Coverage

Norwich and surrounding areas within a 10 mile radius.

Responsibilities

  • Visit a mix of high street, grocery and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits and set up point of sale (POS) materials.
  • Navigate fixtures (e.g., gondolas, bays, shelving) confidently.
  • Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
  • Ensure maximum stock visibility to drive sales and maintain attractive displays.
  • Arrange and top up products on shelves and displays for customer visibility.
  • Negotiate extra display space where possible to boost sales.
  • Move and lift stock as required.

Qualifications

  • Ideally, experience in retail or merchandising.
  • Experience in retailers such as Boots, department stores or premium beauty chains is desirable.
  • Availability Monday to Sunday, with fixed visits on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
  • Reliability, adaptability and the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable communicating with store staff and building in‑store relationships.
  • Aptitude for maintaining high standards of work.
  • Own car for transporting promotional materials or small displays.
  • Use of a phone or tablet to complete reporting via the company app, including photo uploads and feedback.
