The apprentice will be doing the following tasks on site:
- Operates own tractor and equipment in line with service and maintenance schedules.
- Topping, muck spreading, mucking out cattle sheds (using teleporter).
- Bale carting.
- Harvest work.
- Livestock support - less husbandry, more machine operations.
- Spraying (once qualified).
The role includes working on your own at times and operating farm vehicles on the road (minimum age 18). Long hours are expected.
Restrictions include:
- Must be minimum 18 to drive teleporter on UK roads.
- Live within a reasonable distance of the Farm.
- Have own transport and be able to travel to and from Norwich and Dereham.
The apprentice will need:
- Full UK driving licence.
- Own transport.

The candidate must be physically fit, have a good level of numeracy and literacy, and be able to communicate well.
