Our Corporate & Commercial team is looking for an experienced Corporate Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE (or equivalent experience) to strengthen our team and support a broad range of corporate transactions. You will advise clients across the UK and abroad on all aspects of corporate law, including share and asset sales, mergers, demergers, restructures, share buybacks, shareholder agreements, investment and secured lending matters.
Responsibilities
- Advising on share and asset sales/purchases, mergers, demergers, and corporate restructures.
- Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, and share incentive schemes.
- Managing investment and secured lending transactions, including company constitutional activity.
- Providing regulatory guidance and corporate governance advice to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years PQE (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated experience in corporate law, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
