A long established law firm based in the centre of Wakefield, within walking distance to Wakefield Westgate train station, focuses on client care and offering a good quality service. The firm has a close knit team offering support and training.
As a conveyancing assistant, you will join a busy, friendly and supportive residential property team working with experienced conveyancers. You will be working with a conveyancer assisting with the full remit of conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion.
The caseload includes:
- Sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Registered, unregistered, freehold and leasehold
- New builds
- Transfers of Equity
Extensive client contact is required.
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience assisting with sale and purchase caseload
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
