An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a well-established, Lexcel & CQS accredited firm as part of its national residential property team, based in North West London.
This is an excellent role for a confident and capable property lawyer who can hit the ground running and manage a busy caseload independently.
You will handle a full range of residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to post completion, including:
- Residential sales and purchases
- Remortgages and equity release transactions
- Shared ownership leases
- Lease variations
- New build purchases
- Help to Buy transactions
- Transfers of equity and matrimonial transfers
- Title checks for freehold and leasehold properties
ABOUT YOU
- Qualified Solicitor, ILEX or CLC
- Ideally 5+ years' PQE
- Strong experience handling your own residential property caseload
- Confident managing files independently from start to finish
- Solid knowledge of the North West London property market
- Commercially aware with a proactive and client focused approach
