We have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated, customer‑focused Veterinary Surgeon to join a state‑of‑the‑art practice in Lincoln. The city offers a unique blend of old‑world charm and modern amenities, with excellent travel links to Nottingham and Sheffield. The practice is part of the UK’s largest independent, family‑owned veterinary group and is equipped with CT scanning, Dental X‑Ray, Ultrasound, X‑Ray, an in‑house laboratory, tonopen, three theatres and seven consult rooms. It is a fast‑paced environment where we look for an individual who can lead by example.

Salary: Starting at £43,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding veterinary care and clinical support in a high‑volume setting
  • Lead by example, demonstrating strong communication, organisation, and time‑management skills
  • Maintain a positive mental attitude and provide empathy, kindness, and compassion to clients and patients
  • Remain calm and confident under pressure, particularly during emergency procedures
  • Support team members, including the head vet and internal medicine specialist

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualified veterinary surgeon with a record of clinical excellence
