Lifeways is seeking a dedicated and motivated Care Team Leader to support our Service Manager in overseeing our well-established Supported Living Service in Lincoln LN6/LN5. Who We're Looking For:

We welcome applications from experienced Care Team Leaders or Senior Support Workers with an NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), as well as ambitious Support Workers or Care Assistants with a strong track record and a desire to progress - we'll support your growth with training and development.

As a Care Team Leader, you will:
