We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Administrator to join our small, committed team at The Shores Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC). Our mission is to provide high-quality care, support, and forensic medical services to individuals who have recently experienced rape or sexual assault.

About The Shores (SARC): Based in Lincolnshire, the SARC operates 24/7, 365 days a year, with a team of on-call crisis workers and sexual offence examiners. We are passionate about delivering exceptional support to those who need it most.

Hours: 15 hours per week, 9am-5pm Thursdays & Fridays

Duties:

  • Manage and maintain confidential case files using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the SARC Quality Manager and the wider team.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and correspondence via Microsoft Outlook.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to case management and programme activities.
  • Support the organisation's administrative functions by organising schedules, tracking deadlines, and managing incoming enquiries.
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Utilise IT skills to troubleshoot basic technical issues and optimise workflow efficiency.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A solid understanding of company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Competence in assessing and documenting safeguarding concerns, completing risk assessments, and liaising with police officers, Sexual Offence Examiners, and the SARC team.
  • Experience working with vulnerable individuals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • A commitment to undergoing enhanced DBS checks and NPPV Level 3 vetting.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Recent NHS experience.
  • Previous work with victims of sexual assault.
  • Relevant qualifications in supporting victims of sexual or physical abuse.
  • Forensic awareness.
