The position is part time Monday & Friday Seasonal - Overtime Includes Weekends. Woodthorpe Leisure Park is a prestigious 5-star holiday park, family owned and beautifully located on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, just 10 minutes inland from the coast. Open all year round, the park offers an exceptional range of facilities including a convenience shop, pub, restaurant, function room, 18-hole golf course, driving range, fishing lakes, and extensive holiday accommodation.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Maintenance Operative to join our team. Working under the direction of the Assistant Park Manager and Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the park is maintained to the highest standards for our owners and guests. The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a team, have a proactive approach to problem solving, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Previous experience in a similar environment, along with strong general DIY skills, would be a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • General maintenance and repair work across the park
  • Basic plumbing tasks
  • Completing routine park checks
  • Caravan sitting
  • Hot tub maintenance, including water testing and cleaning
  • Escorting guests to their accommodation or pitches
  • Delivering and connecting gas bottles
  • Ensuring all communal areas and facilities are safe, well maintained, and fully operational
  • Maintaining the overall appearance and standards of the park
