We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Lecturer in Art & Design! This role involves preparing, delivering, and assessing the UAL Level 1 Diploma and Award, as well as the Level 2 Diploma in Art & Design, while inspiring students across various Art Courses from Level 1 to Level 3.

Responsibilities:

  • We seek a dynamic individual skilled in a variety of Art & Design disciplines.
  • The ideal candidate will engage students through inclusive teaching methods, helping them develop creative, technical, and critical thinking skills.
  • You will create high-quality lessons tailored to diverse learning abilities and will assess student achievement, providing valuable feedback.
  • This position fosters creativity, experimentation, and independent learning, while also preparing students for higher education and successful careers.

Benefits:

  • Holiday entitlement of up to 55 days (including bank holidays and closure days).
  • Ability to achieve a LAT Excellence Pay increment, currently £42,509 per annum (subject to eligibility criteria).
