I am delighted to be exclusively representing a newly listed, high growth Nasdaq technology business (5,000 employees globally) who is seeking a Compensation Manager to help shape and scale reward across its European footprint. This is a newly created, high priority hire at a pivotal moment. You won't be maintaining legacy frameworks, you'll design, build and embed compensation from first principles, directly influencing how the business competes for talent in SaaS and fintech markets. With ambitious growth plans and strong executive sponsorship, this is a role where you can make a visible impact from day one.

What you'll do:

  • Design and scale job architecture and salary frameworks across functions and geographies
  • Lead market pricing & benchmarking (WTW, Radford), translating data into clear pay positioning
  • Partner closely with TA and People Business Partners on offers and complex pay decisions
  • Own annual compensation cycles (merit, promotions, equity refresh) end to end
  • Enhance comp analytics & reporting (pay equity, market gaps, budget insights)
  • Drive Workday Compensation optimisation and support equity programme delivery
  • Play a key role in pay transparency and regulatory readiness across Europe

What they're looking for:

  • 5+ years' compensation experience, ideally in high growth SaaS, fintech or pre/post IPO environments
  • Proven experience building or evolving job architecture, salary structures, and benchmarking approaches
  • Strong modelling capability (Excel/Sheets) and comfort with data driven decision making
  • Experience working with global populations and evolving pay transparency requirements
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and clearly communicate complex comp concepts
  • Immediate or short notice availability strongly preferred

Why this role?

  • Greenfield impact, build frameworks, not just manage them
  • Nasdaq listed growth company with ambitious scaling plans
  • High visibility across People, Finance, and leadership
  • Best in class flexibility, just 2 days per week in a City of London office
  • Opportunity to shape reward strategy across a diverse European footprint

If you're a commercially minded compensation professional looking to step into a role where you can build, influence and scale in a fast moving environment, this is a standout opportunity.
