  • Set and deliver the strategic vision for the department

  • Act as a trusted advisor to SMEs, owner managed businesses and high value commercial clients

What experience is required:

  • Qualified Solicitor circa 8+ years PQE in company commercial or corporate law
  • Proven experience managing complex transactional and advisory matters
  • Strong track record in business development and generating new client work
  • Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers or legal teams
  • Commercially astute with strong strategic and operational thinking skills
  • Ambition to take on a senior leadership role and make a significant impact at firm level
