An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Solicitor to join a highly regarded national team specialising in the education, government and technology sectors. Working with a diverse client base including universities, schools, educational charities and public sector organisations, you will advise on a broad range of commercial matters and play a key role in delivering innovative solutions to complex projects. The work is varied and intellectually stimulating, encompassing commercial contracts, collaboration and partnership agreements, joint ventures, outsourcing arrangements, procurement matters and technology-related agreements. You will also have the opportunity to advise on high-profile projects, and this role offers the chance to work closely with leading sector specialists while developing your own profile within a growing and ambitious practice.
Applications are sought from Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE and a strong background in commercial law. Whilst experience advising clients within the education sector would be advantageous, we welcome lawyers with broader commercial experience who can demonstrate a genuine interest in working within the education, government and technology sectors. The successful candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and a commercially focused approach to client service. You will be confident building long-term client relationships, managing complex matters and collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
