A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Newcastle is looking to recruit a Commercial Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE to join its growing Commercial team.

The Commercial team is recognised for providing pragmatic, straightforward advice to local and national businesses across a wide range of sectors. With real depth of knowledge and experience, the team offers a full suite of commercial legal services, delivering advice that is clear, robust and commercially focused. They take a proactive approach, anticipating issues before they arise and providing solutions tailored to each client's specific commercial needs.

You will be advising clients at both a local and national level on a broad range of commercial matters, including commercial contracts, consumer rights, business regulation, confidentiality and data protection. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Solicitor to take on a hands-on role with significant client contact and high-quality work. You will work closely with partners and colleagues while managing your own varied caseload.

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
  • Advising on consumer law and business regulation
