We are seeking an experienced Comarch Developer / L2-L3 Support Engineer to support a large-scale Network Inventory and Service Management ecosystem within the telecommunications domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for platform support, incident management, network inventory troubleshooting, system integrations, and operational excellence across critical service environments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 support for Comarch-based Network Inventory and Service Management platforms
  • Investigate and resolve complex incidents impacting network inventory and service operations
  • Troubleshoot physical and logical network resources, including cables, hardware assets, and address/GIS data
  • Support service catalog, orchestration, provisioning, and lifecycle management processes
  • Manage configuration and inventory data across network elements and associated interfaces
  • Diagnose and resolve API, integration, and data synchronization issues
  • Collaborate with support teams, vendors, and third party stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles
  • Participate in root cause analysis and continuous service improvement initiatives
  • Ensure platform stability, performance, and operational compliance

Skills

  • Strong hands on experience with Comarch platforms
  • Expertise in Network Inventory Management systems
  • Experience supporting Service Management and OSS environments
  • Advanced incident analysis and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of API integrations and data synchronization processes
  • Understanding of telecom network infrastructure and operations
  • Experience with configuration management and inventory lifecycle processes
  • Ability to work effectively within multi vendor environments
