Our client is looking for an experienced automotive professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences to join their aftersales team as a Front of House Manager. As Front of House Manager - Aftersales, you will take responsibility for managing the customer-facing aftersales operation, leading the front of house team to deliver exceptional service standards and a seamless customer journey from booking through to vehicle handover.
