As part of the Crimson Hotels Group, you will join the team of Holiday Inn Express London – Heathrow T5 which is a 300‑room hotel – perfect for business or leisure stays. Our three meeting rooms accommodate up to 120 guests, ideal for corporate events, private dinners, and social gatherings.
What your day will look like?
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of housekeeping operations, in line with hotel brand standards. Your duties will include allocating daily work assignments to team members, conducting regular inspections of guest rooms, service areas, corridors, and storerooms, and reporting any maintenance issues or defects found. You will manage housekeeping supplies and equipment effectively, ensuring proper stock control and maintenance. In addition, you will assist in overseeing key housekeeping procedures, including lost and found, key control, security, and emergency protocols, helping to maintain a safe, organised, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
