About the role
£Competitive pay rates
Full-time, temporary position covering maternity and holiday leave
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Immediate start available
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and professional experience at all times while supporting the Sales, Service, and Parts departments.
Key responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Handling customer enquiries, taking accurate messages, and directing calls appropriately
- Greeting customers and coordinating with internal departments on arrival
- Maintaining a polished and professional front-of-house presence
- Supporting with general administrative duties
- Ensuring reception, display, and refreshment areas are consistently clean, organised, and well-presented
What we are looking for
- At least 1 year's experience in a customer-facing role (reception, retail, hospitality or similar)
- A confident and professional communicator with a strong customer service focus
- Well-presented, organised, and reliable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Competent IT skills and familiarity with office systems
