Responsibilities
- Build long term relationships with customers, managing the service journey end to end.
- Represent the Toyota brand while resolving customer needs and delivering exceptional after sales customer care.
- Provide accurate estimates, manage scheduling and workshop coordination to ensure a seamless service experience.
- Identify sales opportunities, promote genuine parts and services, collaborate with colleagues and follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- A proven high level of customer service skills and enjoyment in working with people.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within an automotive setting, but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex matters in understandable terms.
- Ability to take initiative, own issues and maintain a proactive can do attitude.
- Ability to multi task, switch between tasks whilst remaining organised.
- A team player who offers help and support to others.
- Willingness to learn and keep up to date with product and technical information.
- Thrives in a high pressured environment.
