Dental Beauty Partners is seeking a locum Orthodontist to join North Hill Layer Road in Colchester. Our practice has been established within the community for decades with a strong reputation for quality general, cosmetic, restorative and specialist dentistry.

Position details:

  • 1-2 days per week, flexible on exact days.
  • Day rate: £800.
  • We have availability on all days and can be flexible to your preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing high quality ortho dental treatment in line with current theory & practice, whilst ensuring our patients are given a first-class treatment experience.
  • Utilising the equipment & technology available in practice to offer a plethora of necessary treatment options to the patient.
  • Promoting a positive impression & image of yourself & the practice at all times in the role.
  • Utilising our internal referral networks, and referring patients to in-house experienced clinicians/specialists if the treatment is outside of your sphere of experience.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • We are open to considering both GDC registered specialist Orthodontists as well as DWSI Orthodontists who have experience with fixed orthodontics.
  • Confidence with Digital Dentistry is a requirement due to the equipment & technology that will be at your disposal in practice.
  • Someone who has the drive and ambition to succeed and has a hunger to progress in their clinical development, committing to attending some of our courses.
  • The applicant should be confident in presenting treatment options to patients and be willing to ensure they have an outstanding journey in the practice.
  • To be considered for this role you MUST have a full, unconditional NHS Performer Number.
