As our Activities Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the wellbeing of our residents. Every day offers the chance to brighten someone's life.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver a wide range of engaging activities, including arts and crafts, music sessions, movement classes, gardening, quizzes and more.
- Organise special events such as themed parties, birthday celebrations, and visits from external entertainers.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, learning their stories, preferences and interests to tailor activities to each individual.
- Create dementia-friendly activity programmes, including sensory and cognitive stimulation sessions.
- Arrange trips, outings, and community-focused activities to promote connection and enrichment outside the home.
About You
- Creative, enthusiastic, and highly organised
- Compassionate and committed to enhancing the wellbeing of older adults
- Experienced in working with elderly individuals or within a care setting (preferred)
- Flexible and willing to support occasional events or outings outside of standard hours

Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our 'Reward Me' app. Flexible pay is available via 'STREAM'.
