Reporting to the Commercial Office Manager, you will ideally have previous hotel reservations/reception experience within a Hilton branded property. Your cluster of hotels will include the 5-star Hilton Curio Hotel in Kensington, DoubleTree by Hilton West End, DoubleTree by Hilton Victoria, and the Doubletree by Hilton Woking.

As the Cluster Reservation Agent, you will serve as the first line of enquiry for room reservations within the hotels. A Cluster Reservation Agent is responsible for offering excellent customer service, options, and other solutions to meet Guest and customer needs. Specifically, a Cluster Reservations Agent will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Convert, quickly, enquiries into contracted business
  • Respond, positively, to sales enquiries to develop future sales leads
  • Identify sales leads, as appropriate
  • Respond to all customers in a highly professional manner, including ensuring all reservations are completed accurately and to the Guest's expectation
  • Provide prompt and efficient service while maintaining the hotels brand standards

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Previous experience in a Reservations environment
  • Previous hotel reception experience, ideally with a Hilton brand
