The Client Relationship Assistant supports our Client Relationship Managers in delivering bespoke portfolio management strategies that elevate the experience of our Private Shopping clients by ensuring world class service and consistently exceeding their expectations.
About The Role
- Assist with day to day administrative, operational and reporting of all client engagement campaigns and initiatives to drive Private Shopping team performance.
- Support welcoming, engaging and acquiring new clients; respond to client inquiries across multiple channels, schedule appointments, and facilitate handover to the assigned Private Shopper.
- Maintain activity trackers, liaise with Private Shoppers to collate client feedback and manage waiting lists for brand and product access.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for clients and team members.
- Collaborate with Client Relationship Managers to understand client portfolios; prepare for meetings and coordinate campaigns with the Loyalty team.
- Provide weekly team reporting and liaise with stakeholders across Client Engagement and Brand Engagement teams.
About You
- Passionate about private shopping and motivated to establish and nurture authentic client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of trends regarding client experiences.
- Client facing experience and excellent organisational skills, including the ability to multi task and meet short deadlines.
- Flexible and ready to adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience working with a CRM system (highly desirable).
- Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and work within a team.
- Good PC literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
