An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our teaching team, as a 3 day a week job share teacher at Stanville Primary School. Stanville Primary School is a happy and caring one form entry primary school, where teamwork is strong, and behaviour is good. Our friendly, committed staff are always striving to achieve the very best for our delightful and enthusiastic pupils.

This class teacher position will require the successful applicant to work primarily as part of the Key Stage 1 team supporting the teaching and learning in this phase. This post is to start from 1st September 2026.

Safeguarding and Legal Requirements

Our school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful applicant will be required to undertake all relevant safeguarding checks and an enhanced DBS check. Our post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and is eligible for an enhanced DBS check including a Children’s Barring List Check. If you are barred from working with children you are breaking the law if you apply for this post. This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
