We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a cladding remediation project on a live, occupied building in Manchester. The role will involve the safe removal and replacement of external brickwork skin and associated timber cladding system, ensuring minimal disruption to residents while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme performance.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing main contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work for the next three years. We are looking to build a reliable and high performing delivery team for long term collaboration who will continue to develop and grow together.

Role Description

In this role, you will manage project timelines, coordinate with contractors, ensure compliance with safety and building regulations, and oversee the quality control of all site operations. You will also liaise with stakeholders, solve on site problems, and maintain project documentation to ensure a smooth workflow and delivery.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on cladding remediation or external envelope projects
  • Strong understanding of façade systems, cladding replacement, and brickwork remediation
  • IT proficiency across MS Office as well as project management software and tools for effective documentation
  • Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practice
  • Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills
