Responsibilities
- Support store procedures, including opening or closing, cash handling, and safety and security.
- Assist partners during periods of high volume to keep the store operating smoothly.
- Anticipate and deliver on customer and store needs by getting to know the store environment and customers.
- Create the third‑place environment during each shift.
- Provide legendary customer service by acting with a "customer comes first" attitude and building genuine connections.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace for customers and partners.
- Produce quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently in line with recipe and presentation standards.
Qualifications
- Passion for bringing joy to customers; no previous experience required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
- Basic cash‑handling skills and the ability to follow store procedures.
