We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced

Assistant Bar Manager-Sommelier to join our team at Kudu Marylebone.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about wine, cocktails, guest experience, and team development.

Working closely with the Bar Manager and senior management team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service while helping drive the performance and culture of the bar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operation of the bar.
  • Deliver outstanding guest experiences through confident wine and beverage recommendations.
  • Assist with wine service, staff training, and menu development.
  • Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation.
  • Support stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
  • Help manage labour, rotas, and team performance.
  • Lead by example during busy services and inspire the team to perform at their best.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and company procedures.
